Are your products safe and clean?
Yes, we make sure that all the equipment is cleaned  prior to deliver. 

Do you have a delivery charge?
No, there is no delivery charge in Prague city centre.
We also can deliver outside of Prague, but the charge is always agreed on in advance.

Do you install car seats?

No, we cannot install car seats. The car seats will come with detailed installation instructions. This is a very strict company policy.

How far in advance do we need to reserve our baby equipment?
It is recomended that you book your equipment 2 weeks in advance, and 3 weeks during peak travel periods. Nevertheless, we will make every attempt to accomodate your needs.

if you require urgent delivery, you can be charged extra 10Euros for express delivery.

Do you require a deposit and what is your cancellation policy?
No, there is no advance deposit prior to your arrival. If you reschedule, we will apply 100% of your payment towards your revised rental. A security deposit is payable on delivery of the equipment.

How does the delivery work?
We will deliver either to your preferred location and pick it up there again. 

Is there a minimum number of days required for rentals?
Yes, there is a minimum of 3 days rental fee, subject to a minimum of Euro 40.

How far in advance should I make  a reservation?
Two weeks.

What is the Czech law concerning children and car seat requirements?
Children must be at least 12 years of age to sit in the front seat.
A child seat is obligatory for children of less than 36 kg in weight or 1.5 metres in height.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We are sorry but we do not accept cedit card payments, cash only.

Will I be charged if items are returned damaged or with items missing?
You are responsible for the equipment during the rental period. It is very important that you inform us of any problems that you are having with our equipment as soon as possible. Items returned damaged or lost items will be charged at full replacement value towards the security deposit which we collect from you in advance. This charge is in addition to the rental charge.
